| The prices are a person a day if you have a holiday for min. 3 days. The prices include rich and varied breakfast. |

- For single room occupancy extra charge of 7 Euro
- Reducton for children if they sleep in the parents room
- Beginning on 01.01.2014 a local tax of Euro 1,90 per person and day for guests aged more than 14 years will be introduced. The tax is not included in the price of stay
- Delayed arrivals or early departures will be counted as a normal day
- A room is reserved only after the receipt of a deposit and will not be refunded in case of cancellation of booking.
- The access to the spa wellness area costs 40 Euro per person per week.
- Trip cancellation:
Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation we will charge the following charges.
- More than 3 months prior to arrival: free of charges
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of booked value
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of booked value
- In the last week before arrival: 100% of booked value

| The prices are for apartment a day for stays of more than 3 days Price for the whole apartment per day including all taxes, for a stay of at least 7 days. For a stay under 6 day's we add 10% Extra charge on the list price. |

- Arrival and departure day: saturday
- Extra bed: 20 Euro per day; cot 15 Euro per day
- Should you arrive later or depart earlier, the full price of the apartment will be charged.
- The change of the linen is weekly.
