The prices are a person a day if you have a holiday for min. 3 days. The prices include rich and varied breakfast.
 
  • For single room occupancy extra charge of 7 Euro
  • Reducton for children if they sleep in the parents room
  • Beginning on 01.01.2014 a local tax of Euro 1,90 per person and day for guests aged more than 14 years will be introduced. The tax is not included in the price of stay
  • Delayed arrivals or early departures will be counted as a normal day
  • A room is reserved only after the receipt of a deposit and will not be refunded in case of cancellation of booking.
  • The access to the spa wellness area costs 20 Euro per person per week.
  • Trip cancellation:
    Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation we will charge the following charges.
    • More than 3 months prior to arrival: free of charges
    • 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of booked value
    • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of booked value
    • In the last week before arrival: 100% of booked value
We consider a reservation as definite only after receiving a deposit.

The prices are for apartment a day for stays of more than 3 days Price for the whole apartment per day including all taxes, for a stay of at least 7 days. For a stay under 6 day's we add 10% Extra charge on the list price.
 
  • Extra bed: 20 Euro per day; cot 15 Euro per day
  • Should you arrive later or depart earlier, the full price of the apartment will be charged.
  • The change of the linen is weekly.
